Shipping & Delivery
SHIPPING
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your package. It will be shipped via DHL. All our products ship from KUWAIT to the destination of your choice around the globe. Your package will be delivered to the address you specified within two to seven business days depending on your location.
Kuwait Delivery
Orders will be charged a flat rate of 2-3.500 KWD.
Orders are processed Saturday through Thursday. We Endeavor to deliver all orders within 1-2 days. Orders received on a non-working day will be delivered the next working day.
CUSTOMS
Customs may apply on the order depending on the shipping country and location. MONERA AL MUDHAF is not liable of additional costs related to customs that may occur. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to completing your purchase.
